Rule 84
Inspection and Action
:
(1) Any person or organization that has received any license, rating and certificate granted or recognized in accordance with this regulation shall comply with the law, regulations, annexes and manuals and the orders and instructions given in accordance with rule 80 while performing the work mentioned in such licence, rating and certificate. The authorized officer can inspect on behalf of the authority that has not done so.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the authorized officer shall submit a report to the Director General after conducting the inspection.
(3) Based on the report submitted in accordance with sub-rule (2), the Director General may give necessary instructions to the relevant license, rating and certificate issuers, and the responsibility of complying with the instructions given will be the responsibility of the relevant license, rating and certificate issuers.
(4) The related organization or person shall bear the fees or expenses incurred during the inspection by the authorized officer on behalf of the authority.
(5) On the basis of the report received in accordance with sub-rule (2), the Director General may conduct necessary investigations and, if necessary, cancel, suspend or suspend the relevant license rating or other certificates and in the case of airline employees, the relevant aircraft owner or the director of the relevant airline operating organization may take action in writing.
